Outdoor Design Inspiration
Spring is in the air! Let outdoor lounging and dining commence. Perennials is diving into outdoor decor inspiration with upholstery fabrics galore. Perennials proprietary 100% solution dyed acrylic yarns are the best option as they resist UV rays, mold, mildew, and stains! From classic patterns to textured qualities, designers expand on their favorite options.
Lattice Quo
Timothy Corrigan‘s design for Perennials, Lattice Quo features a quintessentially classic bamboo lattice motif. Emily Hancock of Rollins Andrew Interiors created a timeless design by combining Lattice Quo with a wicker lounge chair. “With two little ones in the house, my clients wanted this living/sun room to be casual and family friendly,” says Hancock. “The combination of Perennials fabrics and wicker does the trick!”
Go To Stripe
Santa Monica-based designer Tim Clarke knows a thing or two about outdoor living. Our Go To Stripe is an excellent choice for a sophisticated courtyard seating area. Clarke explains, “Literally a living room, this interior courtyard is not only great to be in, but to look at.”
Noir
To complement idyllic Hamptons scenery, AD100 designer Robert Stilin paired natural teak Sutherland Furniture with contrasting black fabric. Cabana and Canvas Weave in Noir would be excellent options for mimicking this design.
Beauty in Blanca
Tom Stringer Design Partners went with a bright and light look when designing this terrace, complete with Sutherland Furniture Classic Lounge Chairs. To complement the natural teak and greenery, the designer chose a neutral like Rough N’ Rowdy in Blanca. To cap off this outdoor design? A striking red chord like Tiny Cord in Rossa.
Moroccan Flair
This outdoor banquette design features pattern play with two fabrics from Martyn Lawrence Bullard’s collection. Bullard’s signature Moroccan flair is on full display with Harem Shuffle in Ebony and Star Power in Anthracite.
Sky Blue
Perfect seas and skies inspired this outdoor oasis by Allison Paladino which features Sutherland Furniture’s Eclipse collection. Paladino finished off the design by covering the cushions in Rough N Rowdy in Blueberry.
